Strategies for Engaging Busy Tech Execs in New Community

Hi everyone! I'm just getting started here. Launching my community on Wednesday October 1. Its called the Conscious Leadership Collective and its intended to be a "wellness" oriented community for leaders. Most of the people joining are busy tech execs (VP+) - busy being the operative word. I have a kick-off call scheduled but its really hard to find a time that works for people since we are working across US/EMEA time zones during the work day. Curious for those who may have experience or best practices to share about creating strong engagement early. I'm doing the first month free and moving to paid next month so I guess I'm feeling the pressure to create value out the gate since I know how important that is to a successful community.
