Creating an Effective Accountability Tracker in Slack Communities

Hi all - I'm Molly and new here and still need to post an intro but long time fan of Zach H. and so excited to be using Tightknit now. I run a community of 80 female founders creating content on LinkedIn. I still need to integrate the games / challenges in my community... But I'm curious if anyone has had any success setting up some sort of accountability tracker in their Slack community? My members want a way to be held accountable and I'm trying to brainstorm how to best set this up. An 'accountability thread' where each day they post a series of emojis if they completed tasks? Or on Mondays I could ask what everyone's goals are? Very curious if anyone has successfully set something like this up?
