Slack workflows and TightKnit features that simplify community management tasks
Hiii fellow community managers! As my role is a mix of customer marketing and community, I need to find ways to better scale and automate (and be personal?!). TightKnit is a big part of this with the journeys for automated rewards and onboarding. We also use Slack workflows along side TightKnit. So far I've setup:
10 day onboarding workflow
Bug notifier (when someone posts a bug that should be routed through support instead of the advocate community)
AMA (for our ama events)
Workflows for channel messages the first time they visit for channels that require a bit of context
