In your community program, do you have a use case/show & tell/etc. style experience for members? If yes, I’m curious about:
Are people invited to participate or open to all?
Incentives, rewards, status/ranks, badges, points, swag, etc. given to folks who share?
Happy to discuss other items related to it, but looking to discuss this type of always-on experience more with peers 😊
Zach H. thanks for the email summary of these threads! Joel P. Yes Invited: At Stanford, we invite members to speak. At CapitalOne, we ask users to document success stories, on the road to becoming advocates Incentives: At ADP they give certificates and publicize leaderboards. I am considering personalized certificates they can post or add to their portfolio, see attached. Lemme know questions or if you want to chat.
At the moment we have two levels - the #showcase channel which is open to all, and then our showcase on our website which is a submission into an airtable base and approved by Adam our co-founder. I’m trying to put a process around the showcase feature so its more clear to all what the criteria is. At the moment, no incentives but I could easily see that changing in the future.

This reminds me so much of what my colleague Oliver did with ecommerce/retail tech tools startups…I would love to hear more context!
