Can Workflows Detect and Display the Sender as the Top-Level Message in Slack Channels?

workflows x milestones x top-level message would love for workflows to detect who is sending a workflow to a channel to designate that as a top level level message from the person, not the workflow/bot. is this even feasible with how slack/tightknit are built? Use case would be workflow-only channels. (but! im glad the reply in thread action, even with workflows, works for a milestone, so at least we have that option)
