Good morning! Is it possible to have a journey milestone attached to a member updating their profile information?

Hey Cheyenne R. we’ve explored this before! One of the things we’ve realized is it wouldn’t be automatic and would require the user to confirm they’ve taken the action. Slack doesn’t send us the event data for users updating their profiles. This all said, I still very much want this one too. Adding you to the ticket Cheyenne! Would love others thoughts on this too

Great, it could be something that is like what the Slack Community has in their intro workflow where you check a box that says you updated your profile, perhaps?

Oh this wouldn’t be a hard first step. Stephen C. we could have a milestone for now with just a checkbox that satisfies the milestone. Could add more complexity later. We can chat internally

Zach H. / Stephen C. - not sure if you’re thinking it will only be a checkbox for profile image but a simple checkbox as a milestone option would be great! I just built out an automation for checking if you updated your profile image in the workflow, but I would still want to tie this back into a TightKnit journey by asking if they completed the XYZ workflow
