We're rolling out Achievements to our Community members and I'd love a way to see what badges each user has. Even just admins, if not the whole community. Not all of our Achievements have frames to help keep those special, but we'd love for members to be able to look at someone's profile and see what badges they have. Not sure if this is even possible in Slack but just an idea! Or somehow within Tightknit?
Would that make sense for your community? Or is there another way you’d prefer it?
Thanks Lauren! Yes it’s definitely something we are prioritizing. In the meantime, what’s your take on the use of badge frames as the best way to increase a member’s perceived standing? Badge frames (profile photos with PNG-based designs) allow for members to show off who they are on the profile photos. I know that doesn’t cover all of the bases but I think it might help in the interim
Kaela A. Lauren D. We’re working on making user profiles and journeys more visible. Had a question for the admin experience. Debating on where to put information for how far a user is on their journey.
Option 1: Put In Progress Journeys in an Admin-only section of the Profile
Option 2: Create a new filter on My Journeys modal that now has a user select.
Pros of Option 1: All the information is one place for a user Pros of Option 2: Can filter based on completed and available journeys for that user. Also, if you have feedback on the mock-up of the user profile, let me know. What other data would you want to see in there!
