How to Combine Two Images into One Using Tightknit with a Background Image?

Hiii, I'm lost on how I get these two images into one through Tightknit. I've seen it before but now am not sure how I generated it together. Can anyone remind me how to do that? We had previously had a background image added in Tightknit for this.
