second part of that question: When someone goes inactive, what actions do you take to wake them up? Does anyone have a policy that if you've been inactive for a certain period of time, you're account is deactivated?
Hi Rob B.! We are on a grandfathered free plan with Common Room. We use that for activity signals. We have workflows set up to encourage participation (mainly just reminding them what's available / what the value prop is) and then we message folks to be able to warn them when they are getting close to that 90 day period. We're very explicit about it in TCC - upfront when you're in onboarding, we talk about it in the community, and you have warnings too.
Nikki T. !!! This is GOLD! Ok going to check out Common Room now. Dare I askโgot any other iykyk apps on slack with free/freeium tiers that just make life better?
