Hi there, we are working on design work for Tightknit and I'm struggling with where the social image is used that is added to general. I just added it and then awarded myself the tipalti team award but it shows up like this and doesn't use the image I uploaded as the social image to general. What exactly is the social image used for and how can I see an example of what members would receive using the social image?

Are you referring to the badge or the photo frame?
Cheyenne R. Could you clarify which "social image" setting you're referring to? Which module and button did you use to get there? You might be referring to a couple things, so I'll list them:
Companion Site > General settings > Social Image - this is the image that will appear when a preview loads for a link to your companion site, such as when you share it in slack. This is unrelated to awards.
Gamification > Awards > new award > Profile Photo Frame - you are able to select "Generate Social Share Image", which will then send the user two images. 1) their profile photo frame, 2) a social media announcement share image (pictured in your first attachment).
If you're referring to the second one, and you want to customize the background of the generated social share image for your Awards, then you can find this setting at: Gamification > Settings > Background for Generated Images. More info: https://docs.tightknit.ai/gamification/settings
OOoO I wasnโt understanding the social image is for the companion site. Ty! That answers. I wasnโt understanding why I didnโt see it anywhere. The background for generated images is what I need!
Perfect!
