Issues with Studio Link Access and Role Visibility Feedback

hey team i invited a colleuege to join the studio and gave him these permissions but when he goes to the link i sent him he gets these errors. ( side note it would be nice if you could see what the role is without scrolling to the side )

Zach H. I didn’t mention but originally I made this user a content manager with the ability to approve posts if that makes a difference

That might be helpful. Eli A. curious if your coworker is already a member of the community? Are they in the Slack?

Additional info that might be helpful (I made him content manager in slack ui a few days ago, then today made the update in studio)

Eli A. We pushed a fix so he should be able to access from the original link, or from the email. Please let us know if he has any issues.

it seems he signed up for the community with [email protected] and i made that user content manager in slack but on studio it looks like i assigned his roles to [email protected] but when he tries to get to the first email it says only [email protected] exists in tightknit Stephen C.

just had him change his slack account to [email protected] and it works now. thanks team Stephen C.
