Improving Onboarding: Badge Timing for New Members

Happy Holidays everyone! I am working on improving the onboarding flow and would like to know for a badge that is generated when a member joins the workspace, how soon after joining do they receive this?

Generally we find that if a member completes a journey, they receive the badge in around 1 second after completion, with participants in the US being the fastest

Thanks, trying to time things out so they don't have 3 different messages at the same time (onboarding bot, DM, badge).

If you could choose the ideal order and timing, what would it look like?

So I have a new member onboarding slack bot workflow that sends an immediate message, then the TightKnit DM from me 5 minutes delayed, so it would be great to have the badge send out say 30 minutes delayed so it doesn't feel like too many messages all at once. For now, I just reference the bot and badge in my DM.
