Troubleshooting Tightknit Access in TCC Space for Slack Admins

I’m unable to access Tightknit in our TCC space (it doesn’t appear in the sidebar under Apps). I’m a Slack admin there and we can’t sort out how to get me in

Scott B. when you search for it in the Search bar does it show up? That is confusing to me (we didn't remove it)

Ok searched and found, now appears in sidebar.

Now when I go to Open Studio from TCC’s Slack it’s not showing for that workspace but shows me another workspace (ProductBC)

TCC doesn’t appear in the dropdown either

Is this dropdown showing for you? That's the org switcher

This might be a UX problem on our end. We have the concept of Orgs + Workspaces which can get tricky to navigate

Stephen C. could I ask you to check with Scott what might be going on here. I see the dropdown and am wondering if we show that "carat" even when there's only one organization (although we know Scott has two)

Yes, both only show ProductBC. Even tried navigating directly to the URL: https://app.tightknit.ai/da-communitycommunity/overview
