I'm trying to setup the RSS feeds to an internal Slack channel but our IT teams is getting 404 errors. Any idea what might be the issue? I pulled the RSS URLs from the follow options directly from the feed 🆘
Here's what I provided them:
And I also found a slightly different URL that didn't have our domain that I got them to try which was this one https://cohort.tightknit.community/x/ask-how-do-i/rss.xml. Both aren't working. Is there something else that needs to happen?
Filing a ticket for this. It does seem to be returning a 404 which means that there is a check happening correctly but either way it should be returning a cleaner response than what it's returning currently.
I'll let Stephen C. chime in when he gets a chance
