Discrepancy in Total Member Count: Need Clarification

Hiii Help! Has anyone noticed the total members number differs from the overview? I'm seeing 347 total members excluding teammates on the members page but 340 on the overview page. Any idea why these would differ? I would expect the numbers to be the same. CC: Stephen C.

My only guess is that the 347 number isn't honoring your "customers-only" query and that it's counting employees. Filing a bug now to fix. Thanks for letting us know Cheyenne R.!

I suspect the Members page includes some additional accounts such as bots, which the Overview page filters out by default. Will investigate and make this more transparent.
