Howdy!! 🤠 I'm Kristen P. (you can call me KPF) coming to you from Austin, Texas 🌵 I've been in B2B SaaS the last 8 years building 1 to many programs primarily under Customer Marketing and Corp Comms. My early career is rooted in marketing operations, so I have a special eye for details and data. I’ve built and managed communities in Slack for small MVP cohorts (<100) and HR practitioners (up to 40K), as well as enterprise-scale technical programs reaching over 200K users on platforms like Khoros, Telligent, and Higher Logic. My most-loved programs span from bracket battles for my community to vote on the best cereal (very important) to in-person user group programs where they can nerd out with their peers IRL.
