Introduction from Jessica Falkenthal: Community Leader and Marketing Expert Excited for CLG NYC Event

Hi all! I'm Jessica Falkenthal from San Francisco. 🌎 Originally from Ohio and Indiana 💻 I'm a Community and Marketing Leader at Pathlitics and Jessica Falkenthal Consulting. Recently at IBM before a 12/25 layoff. Previously led community at Prenda Microschools, Outschool, Startup Weekend Education, a few education startups you haven't heard of and National 4-H Council. Like David N. I'm working on my portfolio career. ❤️ I'm obsessed with geocaching, really into improv, board games and hosting events. I've hosted 500+ events. 🤠Ask me about: bridging learning and community, emotional fitness, I heard about this community in the CLG email. I'm excited to be heading to NYC for the first time in 10 years for CLG!

Hi Jessica, welcome to the club! I am very interested in your Ed community space experience. Former educator and community leader who would love to bridge those two areas and build a community within the education space. I was in the running for a community associate role at an Ed publishing company (sadly I was not chosen, boo!) but it made me realize that being able to combine my talent with my passion would be incredibly valuable!
