What this can do for your community:
See the topics members care about most, based on real conversations
Identify clusters of related discussions so you can spot emerging themes early
Surface the questions members are repeatedly asking (and where they’re going unanswered)
Use this insight to shape programming, content, FAQs, moderation, and product feedback

Beyond the unimaginable horror of lost productivity, it also means some users cannot log into your Slack workspace ... until now. With this pilot, we are bridging the gap between Slack and the Microsite. With this very extended pilot, your members will be able to:
Use the microsite to collaborate with members inside of Slack (and vice versa)
Receive in-app notifications and emails when there is new activity on the threads they follow
Control their notification settings across the microsite
