new customer here 😀 has anyone built out a firm structure/messaging on rolling out tightknit to their community to increase adoption potential? would love to chat if so 🙂

Yup I’d say that Clay example was super helpful! I’d say to make sure you use the onboarding message to help orient new community members as well.

We use Layerpath to create step-by-step walkthroughs for different features as they operate in our community specifically. That seems to have helped people a lot!
