💬 Customize the Related Discussions AI Agent Message You can now customize the message text preceding the results sent by the Related Discussions AI Agent. To edit this setting, select the Agent Settings option in the dropdown menu for the channel/feed, and modify the "Message Preface". Use this text to encourage your users to explore other conversations, represent your brand, act as service deflection, or highlight the unique function of that specific channel. For instance, we're using this feature in the Intros channel to suggest introductions to other similar members the poster might want to meet!
The Related Discussions Agent is part of our AI pilot program.
