Hiiii again TK! I am wanting to add more workflows to our customer community to make it more structured and easier to post. However, I’m worried that it will make engagement look like it’s declining in stats. Do workflows count as member engagement in TK? If not, is this possible to do?
They do not today. Here’s a follow-up question: What would you want this engagement to be counted as, since it’s not a message or comment?
I would count it as a message, because I am setting them up to post as a message in a channel.
Sweet! I’ve set up the workflow already for intros but hesitate to pull the trigger without any tracking for completions. Would you be able to back date and look for past workflow completions? So I could start running it then plan to get the data for it later when you’re able to add it?
Okay, I’ll wait on this then.
Ahh I see, what about those who use work flows for AMAs?
Zach H. /Stephen C. - Happy holidays to you both! This month is the busiest season for our customers, so I've gotten a taste of future challenges as we scale. One huge one is product feedback. Members are sharing feedback in so many places and in multiple threads. It's very difficult to keep up with, so we will have to roll out feedback being submitted via workflows so that it's structured for everyone and not a stream of consciousness. (like this
). So.... I'm bringing this thread back up again about workflows = engagement. Ha, if I truly am the only person who is asking/needs this... would it be possible for the related discussions to work in the comments of workflow messages? My thought around this is to have people find the answer to their questions if already addressed in previous feeds but also to help me better mod!
Not having workflows count as messages in Tightknit hues the overall activity of the workspace shown in Tightknit analytics
I agree, Joel P., I think the challenge is that we seem to be the only TK users actively using workflows. I wonder if most are on free plans? Maybe we need to recruit some friends over.
