Exploring Multi-Question Surveys: Input Needed from the Community

I think it would be great to have the capability to do multi question/format surveys perhaps? Would love to know if others would like that or what they are doing to send out and get responses to surveys. Right now we're using google forms and posting/ sharing it with folks in the community through newsletter emails and posting on slack channels. CC @Jan Y. @Jennifer Y.

Out of curiosity, what do you find about Google Forms that isn't working for you?

Google forms do not look great, when someone fills it out you get any email that can go to any folder - social, update, promotions, so it's easy to miss, if you want people to get the link to the slack channel it doesn't always work as expected so it's easy for them to miss, limited functionality, it's not dynamic and has no AI capabilities... That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure I could come up with others.

Thanks Jan Y., those details are helpful. Personally I don't like Google Forms either for similar reasons, but I am a big fan of:

Fillout
2.
Tally
Both options are affordable, configurable, and branding baked into the product. Do people feel that filling out a form inside of Slack is a better experience? I could see 1-2 questions being nice, but once you get to 4+ questions, I feel like I would miss my 1Password autofill. We have considered forms before but I am exploring if we want a Slack forms product or if there are better alternatives already out there.

I would love it if 1Password would work that well for me... I'm thinking of a couple of different use cases. I'll look into Fillout and Tally. In some cases it would be nice if it worked inside of Slack, or alerted us in slack when someone filled out a form, but mostly we need to use it outside of slack. I'll probably just build something for some of my use cases...

Slack form product would be really helpful! Right now for onboarding into Slack we get people to fill out a google form linked on our website and then once they hit submit, the link to slack is shared. Sometime people miss that completely. We also have a discrepancy of members on our LinkedIn group and also on Luma/ attend events but are not part of the Slack community and would love a way to get them to join the slack community.
