Welcome Natasha K.: First-Round Draft Pick Joins Tightknit Otters as New Community Manager

The Tightknit Otters have selected All-Canadian Natasha K. to join the team in a first-round draft pick.

Last October, we sent our Tightknit scouting team to Toronto Community Week in search of our northern neighbor's top community talent. That's where we first met Natasha. Computer science at Waterloo (iykyk), data-driven product manager, with experience and passion for supporting women's communities... if your alarm isn't going off, I'll come over there and ring it for ya! And Natasha didn't just waltz in. The interview was not easy, hours of difficult assignments and mid-stream surprises (snakes?!). But after it wrapped up, it wasn't the high-quality mock customer responses, the well-drafted customer stories, or the lack of em-dashes that impressed us. → It was her empathy and ability to think like a community manager.
